Overall the experience was good. From the start it was challenging to find the place, but eventually we found. The host was great, he helped explaining how to get to Venice and what other good places were nearby. The number was good, it has a shared bathroom. For the money we paid, we cannot expect more. Everything went well.

Excellent quality/price ratio at 28 euros a night. Very good communication with property. Very good instructions on checking in late. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Good wifi. The area is quiet, lots of little kids and families in the nearby park. Struck me as a very safe area. Very easy public transport. Tram and bus stop right outside with direct links to mestre train station and Venice. The shop across from hotel, with the t symbol sells tickets.

Bus 6L and T2 tram stop 2 minutes from the house, direct buses to Venice 6 and N2 have stop 4 minutes from the house. Owner very friendly and helpful. Grocery shop and ATM with zero fee are 3 minutes from the house (you may need ATM before paying city tax in cash).

Great location, just few steps from bus stop, shops and around 15 minutes walk from train station in Mestre. Very kind and supporting staff. Clean toilet with hot water in shower. Lot of place in the room with comfortable bed.

Great area,nice and quiet litre town with a lot of caffe,pizzeriess and bars around.easy transfer to Venice and a Marco Polo airport,good value to the money,fully recomended for a single travellers

Located in Marghera, close to bus and tram stop. Frequent bus to Venice takes around 20 minutes, early morning to late night bus service available. Nice and clean accommodation. Friendly and hardworking team. Shops are nearby, reasonably priced Bangladeshi yummy food just opposite of the accommodation was a plus. Highly recommended.

I had read the reviews and was also totally satisfied with my room. it even had a very lovely view! getting to Venice posed no problem as buses were frequent. it was easy to get breakfast nearby, even early in the morning. just make sure the host knows when you plan to arrive, or else call him on arrival.
